Competitive Survey Postcard
& Email Campaign

It is important for Explorica to speak to educational travel customers, loyal and competitive, in order to check the pulse of the market. We run a survey every year to see where we should be concentrating our marketing and product efforts, and what pain points are at the front of travelers' minds.

 

This postcard needed to grab the attention of our audience and entice them to follow the link to complete the survey. We followed up with an email campaign showcasing the rewards for taking the survey and committing to speaking with a representative.

 

During my tenure at Explorica, each survey performed better than the one from the year before!
