Depression Café Ads

Two ads and a logo for a depression era themed café in the heart of Chicago. Using phrases that have become ubiquitous for a time in our nation when things were at their absolute worst, I turned them around to use as  upbeat exclamations to entice customers to visit the café. Once paired with a national icon that helped

lift the spirits of millions, the depression café becomes something far from gloomy.
